Carsten managed the assignment extremely well. With a minimum of resources and support he quickly realized how to prioritize activities in order to meet tight deadlines and budget. It turned out to be necessary to educate not only the internal organization (both IT and business) but also the outsourcing vendors in how ITIL works in practice. Strong skills in change management were essential in order to get both the customer and the vendors aligned in this journey. His structured way of running projects together with his strong communication skills turned out to be invaluire.
